Yesterday was a high...Today a low. Cameroon lost to the worst team in the cup was a shocker.. This is bad, so many things lead to this heartless lost( and sadly i don't want to talk about it). Cameroon does not look like a team that could win the cup.
Here is a clip of all loved Roger Milla Cameroon's greatest striker, he's four goals helped cameroon get to the quarter finals in 1990
So the party has started. With six African teams in the world cup we have a chance ( African to make Win). Ghana proved to be king of Africa thus far with the only win. The goal was from a pk awarded for a handball. The goal was sub par, but it is worth 3 points. With a weak first table Ghana might be able to hold the crown for Africa. Cameron and Ivory Coast have yet to play. I leave you all with a 1994 highlight from Nigeria. Viva Africa
Like bob said " i have so much things to say right now" As a African I love soccer. At one point and time my dream was to be in the world cup..... That pipe dream has sailed but it taking place in South Africa is the next best thing....... The 2010 world cup is already in progress. The cup started in dramatic fashion, since the hosting Nation put the first point on the board and held a tie. For 87th ranked South African this was a blessing, showing that there is strength in numbers.. I am sad that, I will not be attending any games but I will be watching ever African team and cheering like it is me out on the field. Here is a look at the first goal enjoy the rest of the cup...
This was a world class shot to start off the 19th cup
